Corporate and economic law is the collection of legal rules companies and organisations are subject to. These rules in the main relate to legal persons, commercial contracts businesses enter into (agencies, distribution agreements, franchising…), the recovery of claims, trade and market practices, competition law, disputes between shareholders or directors.
Private citizens and family
Private and family law is the section of civil law that inter alia deals with the status and capacity of private citizens, parentage, marriage and divorce law, termination of (registered) partnerships, family problems, authority issues and the division of family assets.
Property
Property law relates to rights that give a certain degree of say in a property, such as ownership, encumbrances and other rights in rem in immovable property, residential tenancies, commercial leases, and real estate law.

Road traffic law encompasses the area of law that relates to traffic on the public road.
Personal injury is any physical and psychological pecuniary and non-pecuniary loss a person involved in an accident may suffer. Physical violence and medical mistakes may also be qualified as a personal injury.
